Today is 1 September 2020, the first day of Spring. I love Spring - the sunshine and the colour and the fragrance of flowers.
As a Mum there is so much to do and so much to get done. As a Mum I am on a Mission to be the best Mum I can be - this is what is most important to me. I do love the word Mission, defined as “an important goal or purpose that is accompanied by strong conviction”.
I also like the word Goal, defined as "the object of a person's ambition or effort; an aim or desired result".
Today I am setting a new Mission - my goal is to make a difference, by learning and making a commitment to Reducing, Reusing and Recycling.
I am making a commitment to write 50 posts over the next one year, one per week, as an opportunity to record my journey of learning and practicing new skills, processes, ways of living, shopping, cleaning. I am also really excited to inspire, encourage and educate my children.
